Brandgasse is a refurbishment and extension project of a single-family house in Switzerland. From the outset, the project has been a close collaboration with the client, driven by their strong passion for architecture.

Sustainability and energy efficiency have been key drivers throughout the design process. The timber frame, constructed with prefabricated elements and filled with cellulose insulation, ensures excellent thermal performance. The ventilated and breathable façade, clad in recyclable steel sheets, underscores the project’s commitment to sustainability, allowing for full recyclability at the end of its life cycle.
